HOW TO SUBMIT PHOTOS:

  • After your log in, you will be directed to your profile page. You may customize your user interface as you choose, but you MUST enter your full name (first and last name).
  • Click on Dashboard in the top left column, then either the +NEW tab at the top of the page OR the MEDIA tab (add new) in the left column.
  • PLEASE NAME YOUR SUBMISSIONS BEFORE UPLOADING! You must name submissions (filename) in the following format: your last name-subject.jpg. (ie: jones-bodie mill 1.jpg). Try to keep filenames to about 20 characters, plus the jpg suffix. This makes it easier for us to manage files.
  • You may Drag and Drop a group of files from a pre-selected folder (this is easier than searching for images) into the Media Library OR you can BROWSE for individual files.
  • You do not need to upload all your images in the same session, but there is a limit of five (5) entries per contestant.
  • After your images are uploaded to the Media Library, you can select the image, click edit and add caption or description information in the appropriate fields. Please also add your full name!

If you experience problems, please use the “Contact Us” form at the bottom of the page.
